How AHD handles website enquiry information.

This summary is intended to support the Australian Privacy Principles and explains the information collected through this website. It should be reviewed by the business owner before the site is published.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry, AHD may receive your name, email address, phone number, project location, service request, preferred contact time, project details and any files you choose to attach. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field and applies rate limiting to help protect the service.

Why we use it

AHD uses enquiry information to review and respond to your project request, discuss the appropriate engineering scope, communicate with you and manage the resulting client relationship where appropriate. AHD does not use enquiry details for unrelated purposes.

How the website sends enquiries

Website enquiries are validated on the AHD server and sent to the AHD Microsoft 365 mailbox at info@ahdec.com.au. The website does not store submitted enquiries or uploaded files in a website database. Email and attachments are then handled within AHD’s business email environment in accordance with its operational records practices.

Disclosure and service providers

AHD may use Microsoft 365 to receive and manage enquiry email. Where a project requires a specialist service, AHD may discuss coordinating separate providers such as surveyors, geotechnical consultants or drafters. Information is shared only where appropriate to the project and with the relevant parties.

Access, correction and questions

You may request access to, or correction of, personal information held by AHD by contacting the business. If you have a privacy concern, contact AHD first so it can be reviewed and addressed.
